This Starbucks is really clean. The ambiance is great. There are a lot of older men playing chess inside and outside. The drinks are delicious, but every Starbucks has the same delicious food and drinks. The service is awful. And unfriendly. The cashier Miguel looked like he wanted to do anything else but answer our question or be there. He was so stone cold that if he didn't blink I would have thought he was a statue. The employees need training in effective customer service.
In the morning, I simply wanted to pick up my order, but the girl at the counter said, "That’s not yours, don’t touch it." It felt as if she assumed I was trying to steal it! How was I supposed to know that my drinks and bread weren’t placed together? This behavior was quite rude and unprofessional.
Received bad service. Stood in front of the register while only one employee was making drinks. No one acknowledged us. They took a long time to take our order and took even longer making it. They had an employee leave for the day at 8pm when they close at 9pm. Will not be coming here anymore.
The Hot Americano or a Pike is what I usually get. Great location, easy in and out of the parking lot. No drive-thru at this location but they do have a sitting area outside, there are some people playing board games, socializing, and or just enjoying the time smoking a cigarette. Book a table now
One of the dirtiest restrooms I’ve seen. No toilet paper, no soap and urine all over the floor. The fact that the department of health allows this Starbucks to still make drinks and handle food is amazing……Hope this review helps in some way but I doubt it…..
Waited for an iced macchiato and a piece of bread for half an Hour. You guys must do better. Starbucks on Atlantic and Valley are beating you guys. DO BETTER.
The restaurant was overcrowded, and the service was quite slow. With only one machine available for such a busy location, it felt cramped and dark inside.
I waited over an hour and still didn't receive my drink! Such a waste of time! Book a table now
