I have been going to this Starbucks for over 5 years and never once have I been disappointed until a few months ago. I see how hard these kids work and are always running around trying to go as fast as possible and always fix whatever problem I have ifthere is one. Mind you I do not get upset if my drink is made iced instead of hot or if my sandwich doesn?t get made. These kidswill do whatever they can to fix it. I have a problem when I see these kids working their hardest only to be yelled at by theirmanager for not being fast enough or efficient enough. This is my favorite Starbucks! They went above and beyond to fix a mobile order I mistakenly placed for pickup at the wrong location. When I arrived at the window, the lady noticed my error right away. Without any hesitation, she prepared my order and brought it to my car. The entire experience was handled flawlessly. The staff were incredibly capable and pleasant. Without a doubt, they are my favorites, and I will definitely return. Starbucks, your team here truly represents your franchise well!
I go by this store pretty regularly since it's by where I work. Staff is always friendly and courteous. The store is also very nice on the inside. The environment is very comfortable and I enjoy sitting inside and outside. The drinks and food items areexactly what you would hope for from the franchise. The only bad thing you could say is sometimes they are super busy and it'shard to get through line, but that's not really their fault. That's pretty standard during the morning rush at any store.
Literally. This is my home Starbucks and they amaze me and totally make my day. Cole, Theodora, Maggie, Tim and the rest of the prospect plaza crew always are helpful, kind, happy to see you and always giving wonderful suggestions when I want to switch upmy coffee order. This is very practical Starbucks when you are in Prospect, KY area. It is very clean, recently renovated. Well equipped. Designed and designed with plenty of space including many corners for small quick meetings. There is an outdoor area surrounded by a busy car park. Baristas are nice, knowledgeable and polite. They are well trained and very efficient during busy times.
This Starbucks location is fantastic! The interior is beautiful, and the service is quick. I even received a complimentary item with my purchase due to a small mix-up. Highly recommended!
