I've visited this location before and received quick service, but this Saturday was a different story. I waited around five minutes with just two people ahead of me in line when one of the three staff members informed us that it would take some time due to 16 pending orders. There were also several customers lingering, waiting for their own orders. I had intended to place my order and then do some shopping, but sadly, I didn't have enough time to wait for all those orders to be completed before I could place mine.
This drink was extremely watery! Honestly, I would give it a 0 if I could, so I settled for a 1 instead. I ordered an iced chai tea latte, which normally comes with 3 pumps, but I requested 8 and it was still watered down. How is that even possible? Starbucks isn’t cheap, so I expect to receive what I pay for. I even had family members try it, and they were disappointed too. I've been here several times because it's convenient being in a Kroger, but every time it’s the same issue. Shaking my head!
Seriously this location needs to do better knowing they are located inside of a Kroger. Nothing wrong with the employee here. Hell I understand why she?s moved at a steady yet slower pace. 1 person to makes everyone?s drinks correctly without rushing.Hell I would do the same thing! If you are going to be located inside of a popular grocery store, then you might want to bestaffed correctly instead of putting it all on 1 person. ???? only here because I have to wait anyways
This Starbucks inside Kroger definitely needs to improve. The employee is doing their best—she’s the only one carefully making drinks without rushing, and I completely understand why she’s working at a slower, steady pace. If I were in her shoes, I’d do the same. However, in such a busy grocery store, there really should be more staff instead of depending on just one person. I’m only here because I have no choice but to wait.

My new favorite aspect of this place is the ability to order ahead via the app! I've always loved their fantastic coffee. Now, with the option to order in advance, you won’t have to deal with long lines anymore. I do wish there was a standalone location closer to me, but this setup is excellent, especially with the convenience of ordering ahead.
Kroger never has enough baristas on shift. There were only two people: one taking out the trash and the other making drinks and ringing customers up. He was great and did his best, but the line was always pretty long! My daughter loved her drink, though. Kroger, please stop overworking your staff!
I really love the gift card options! This restaurant is consistently situated in fantastic neighborhoods, close to airports, or at my favorite travel spots. The café serves breakfast and coffee all day long. The bistro is ideal for both business meetings and casual get-togethers.
Starbucks Coffee is almost always understaffed now. There’s usually just one employee serving 10-12 people in line, resulting in a 30-40 minute wait. It used to be a well-managed location back in 2019 and early 2020.

I had the dragon fruit drink, and it was so delicious that I've started making it at home! I absolutely love it, and it's also very healthy. If you're curious, just look it up online!
Wait is constantly too long, they have attitude and they don't make the cold brew. I'll just skip it and buy it from the cooler in the back now.
