This place is my go to as I always take bart and coffee is must needed for me at morning. As always I went there and ask for grande refresher today and realized I was about to be charged for light ice. Seriously, For light ice they were charging me $1? Before I used to ask a lot of time for light ice never realized they were charging me extra for that. Very rude service. Never going to come back in this place again.
Disregard the atmosphere and the lack of enthusiasm—hygiene is a significant concern! I noticed unwashed hands touching my cup, as well as the entire area around me. On top of that, my order was missing some basic questions that would have helped ensure it was fulfilled correctly, but the hygiene issue was what truly turned me off.
Constantly understaffed and tables are always dirty. Also mobile order is unavailable at this location so you can't even try to mitigate that they only have person working during a morning rush
I’ve been to this specific Starbucks 3 times and they never have butter croissant or chocolate croissant they say they still frozen and never prepared and the services is horrible. Book a table now
I requested oat milk, but what I received was definitely cow's milk. I'm not allergic myself, but some people are, so please be cautious about this.
They was amazing they made my coffee on time asked if I need anything else they was really sweet kinda very helpful
