I had a bad experience with their pricing. I wanted to buy two ice cream dipped cones, which I calculated should cost $1.50 each. Instead, they charged me $4 for one, when it should have only been $3 for both. It feels like they’re trying to take advantage of customers. Next time, I might just call the authorities.
I'm not unhappy with the food, but I do have concerns about the working environment. The manager shows clear favoritism by employing her niece and sons, which leads to unfair treatment of the staff. I was hoping to work somewhere where the manager treats all employees fairly.
They suck of counting. I calculate for my ice cream dipped cones is 1.50 each I wanted to get two they charged me 4. For one they charge me Two. In total they supposed to charge me less like 3$. Im calling them out. Try to steal people money. Nexttime I'll call the cops
I?m not complaining about the food, I?m complaining about working there. The manager treats the workers very unfair. She has a a niece and sons working there, so she has favorites and it?s noticeable. I did want to work where a manager doesn?t treat otherworkers equal. Book a table now
I only ordered fries, but they were frozen in the center and not fully cooked. I also had a language barrier since I don't speak Spanish, which made it difficult to communicate with the waitress. Overall, I would rate the food a 2 out of 5.
As always, Stars Drive-in delivers fantastic food! The dishes are absolutely top-notch, a perfect 10/10, and the carhop service is exceptional. Food rating: 5/5.
The slushies or anything ice cream take forever and once it finally gets to you it's melted with this tx heat....no thank you.
