I had a fantastic experience at Steak and Shake! Despite the challenges they've faced in getting staff, they have introduced innovative new ordering kiosks, which made the service faster and more efficient. My order was correct, and I appreciated that there’s no tipping required anymore. Keep up the excellent work, and to anyone else considering dining here—be patient or think about applying to become a server!
The food was great three years ago, but I missed having a waiter and didn't enjoy having to order at the kiosk. However, the milkshakes are definitely worth a visit!
Cheap plastic spoons and forks that made eating very difficult. I don't think they can continue like this very long. Better off getting carry out and taking home.

The food was decent, but I really prefer having a waiter or waitress. I hope they can get rid of the kiosks and bring back the personal touch.
A minor thing, but I don't like the new Milkshake straws, they're paper get soggy the hole is to big, my kids didn't even like them...
I won't be dining here again. Could you please bring back the milkshakes? I'm not a fan of the changes Steak 'n Shake has made!
Their garlic butter burger is amazing, but we spent 35 minutes in drive thru and they forgot a frank. Book a table now
