This may be the lowest rating I’ve ever given a restaurant. I used to love this place, but it has become a joke. Three times in a row, they’ve forgotten half of the combos we ordered, usually the fries. During my last order, I even asked the delivery driver to confirm that the fries were included, and she assured me they were. Surprise—they weren’t! Trying to contact the store directly is fruitless, as they ignore calls. Corporate isn't any better; their customer service line leads to a dead end with no working options to report issues. I've decided I won't be eating here anymore. Having missing items three times and no way to reach out for compensation is simply unacceptable.
The app wasn’t working correctly, which made it impossible for us to redeem our free shake. Moreover, it seems that since COVID, S&S has removed many shake flavors and all chicken dishes from their menu. On a positive note, the manager’s warm personality and friendly smile really enhanced our visit. He kindly offered us the shake that we were unable to redeem through the app and even took a moment to chat with me while fresh coffee was brewing. Although the experience doesn’t quite match the classic S&S I used to enjoy before the pandemic, given the limited menu, I appreciate that they are still able to employ good people.
Pros: 1) Excellent price for amount of food received $17 for 2 burgers, 2 fries, 2 shakes 2) Quality of food and food selection is great 3) Friendly and fast service (dined in, and food came out within 5 or so minutes) 4) they made the best onion rings I’ve eaten, interestingly enough Cons: 1) None that we experienced the 2 times I’ve been here Overall: Surprised that this location has 3.6 star average (2000 reviews) at the time of this review based on our experience, I’d have expected something around 4.2 stars. Maybe there’s been a change in management lately?
We came after my son 's high school graduation, because I had crave juicy, meaty, cheesy steak sandwiches here when I was pregnant him. We recently moved back from Colorado in pandemic to watch aging parents closely, so haven 't stopped by this restraint for a while, but the staffs congratulated him, even asked me from her heart mom, how are you feeling now? like they 've known us for all years. That made me emotional. People are extra nice. Even they paid my son 's meal(and my tea). This store is my special place for ever! Thank you very much.

Excellent experience as always. Manager and staff are wonderful. Super friendly. Greet you when you come in. Always hot made to order food. Fabulous shakes with a great variety of flavors. I'm extremely happy this one is still open, there is one more open (semi) near me, but they are both still insanely kind of far from me. But, we've been pretty bummed since ours closed. All in all, they are still absolutely worth going to.
Greetings! This place was undeniably the best old school diner I have ever had a pleasure to go to!!!! From the throwback style to the service. Has been extremely pleasant! Stop waiting and go! The food was outstanding—served promptly and at the perfect temperature. Every dish was delicious, and the shake was absolutely spot on, especially with the spoon they thoughtfully included. The service was exceptional too. I highly recommend this restaurant!
The burger was quite tasty, which was a nice surprise for me lately. However, the shake was a letdown. It didn't taste like what I had ordered, and I couldn't even get to the bottom with the straw because it was stuck in a frozen lump.

Sweet and professional. They made sure we were taken care of and had our food out in a few short minutes. I also saw how they had to interact with some rude guests. They kept their cool and remained calm. Truly some great people here
Excellent service and food every time. We went in 30 minutes before closing for carry out and they were very kind and went above and beyond to make sure we had a great experience. Highly recommend this location!
