Came here Friday June 30 about 5pm...location out of tomatoes??? With a menu that is 90% burgers and sandwiches you 're out of tomatoes?? There 's no nationwide shortage of tomatoes ....someone couldn 't run down to Schnucks or something and get some tomatoes???? I don 't know if this location is franchise or corporate or what, and I 've been eating Steak n Shake for 50 years, something just tastes off with their food....Steak n Shake burgers have a distinctive flavor....and the chili didn 't taste like Steak n Shake chili.. which also has a distinctive flavor ...it tasted like Steak n shake chili that had been warmed over several days in a row...or worse, like can chili...I think this locat...
Ordered through Uber eats. I ordered at 9:50 pm, order didn't arrive until 11:50. Manager said someone picked up my order up twice and ate it. I received a cold burger with no lettuce or tomato as requested, I paid for a garlic double and got a single patty, I paid for onion rings and got a cold fry instead. I ordered Hi C, but they didn't have it, so I had to get Coke. Don't order from here. Workers are incompetent. How could you just not read a written order and just get it right?
