If you're looking for a place where you might feel scrutinized, this is the spot for you. I casually asked for some cinnamon to add to my lukewarm, overpriced cortado, and was met with a smirk and a blunt, "we don't do cinnamon." The atmosphere wasn’t any better, with a fly-infested porch area filled with pretentious hipster parents and their overbearing toddlers, as well as trendy lumberjack types. No thanks.
Terrible location and worse employees to represent States coffee.Customer service certainly needs to be improved here women working in the a.m. on Thursday, Sept 14th need to check their attitude. You're just serving coffee, not saving the world.Hey Keith, if you're still the owner, probably a good idea to revisit your employees performance since many have commented on their service.
This coffee shop is absolutely charming! The atmosphere is spacious and stylish, but I've noticed that many lovely coffee shops tend to prioritize the ambiance over the quality of their coffee. While they do use great coffee, I've found that about half the time, my drink is brewed too weak. Given that it costs four dollars for a relatively small cup, I feel it could be improved.
I was in the neighborhood in need of some coffee and came across States Coffee. Very small shop that's offers pastries and your basic go-to coffees and teas.I tried their cold brew which was not too strong or bitter and it gave me the boost I needed for the day.The service is very friendly!
