I wasn’t very impressed, especially considering my past experience working at Subway. I felt rushed the entire time. After placing my order and having the employee repeat it back, I selected my cheese and asked for it to be toasted. However, while I was choosing my vegetables, she made a sandwich I didn’t order. How do you mix up ham with a BMT? They’re completely different! Even though she confirmed my order, it seemed like her main focus was rushing us out quickly, especially with two customers waiting behind us.
The service was underwhelming, as the staff appeared uninterested and preoccupied. Rather than helping us, they spent more time cleaning. We ordered two 12-inch Italian Herbs and Cheese sandwiches, but were informed that only a single 6-inch sandwich was available. It's worrying when a restaurant runs out of menu options. Overall, our experience fell short of expectations.
