Order 9E993C8D-BD: My experience with the woman who prepared my order was rather frustrating. If she is having trouble with English, it might be a good idea for her to take a class before engaging with customers. I ordered online but forgot to include special instructions, so when I asked her in person if she could place the meat and vegetables in a separate bowl, she struggled to understand my request. She kept insisting that Subway doesn’t allow that, even though I’ve successfully done it at other locations. The entire process was made unnecessarily complicated, and her attitude was quite unhelpful. It's disappointing to encounter such negativity when trying to enjoy a meal.
The woman who took our order made an error, and when we asked her to fix it, she refused to assist us and accused us of being dishonest. Normally, I avoid writing negative reviews, but this experience was absolutely unacceptable. She even started yelling at my sister, and when I came back to see if it was just an isolated incident, she recognized me and began mocking me. It was extremely humiliating.
On Sunday, May 28, 2023, at 4 PM, I encountered unfriendly staff during my visit. There was some confusion and a bit of an attitude while I was trying to order a sub. I’m not sure why there was an attitude toward customers, especially since there was no one else in the shop at that time. Now I understand why that might be the case.
I’m torn between being too appalled to write this review and feeling compelled to share my experience. It felt like a scene out of a nightmare—imagine a disheveled person who appears out of touch with reality, wearing a subway hat, as the one preparing your food. Their inability to communicate added to the unsettling atmosphere.

Don't expect any level of customer service at this restaurant. The owner wouldn't give a proper name, didn't address customer concerns, and was generally rude. You shouldn't count on your online order being accurate, and they won't make a new one if there's an issue. You're better off visiting a different Subway in the area.
The restaurant seems to prioritize online orders above all else. I was the only customer present and still had to wait for online orders to be fulfilled. This is quite frustrating. They really need to reassess their priorities.
I've been visiting this restaurant for years, and the service has consistently been excellent. I've never encountered any problems when dining in or placing my order online.
The staff here is friendly and attentive to their customers' needs. The interior is consistently clean; however, a few of the tables and chairs are a bit wobbly.
