I am giving them 2 stars because we did get our order right. When my daughter and I walked in there, no one greeted us. There were two woman working and they both looked like they were in bad moods. I asked for an extra small slice of cheese because the girl only put one lil thin slice on my 6 inch sandwich that I asked for and she had the nerve to say it will be extra charge. Now I understand the owners probably nickel and dime everything but come on! She saw that cheese barely cover half the sandwich, she should have done better. On Sunday, August 13, at 7:40 PM, I encountered the rudest employee I've ever seen at this Subway. She hastily put my sandwich together and was very stingy with the toppings. There were only four pieces of lettuce initially, so I had to request more, and she reluctantly added just three additional pieces. The quality of this Subway has clearly declined, and I will be looking for another location in the future.
Worst subway experience I have ever had. The person serving me seemed genuinely upset that I was ordering a sandwich. She threw my food onto the bread argued with me about how much of each vegetable I was allowed to put on my sandwich. I was genuinely shocked at just how miserable and unhappy they were to be working. Try another location as this one has the absolute worst customer service around.
This Subway location is quite good. The sandwiches here have a fresher taste compared to other places. My order last night was enjoyable. I deducted one star because they mixed up the bread on my two sandwiches. This was a significant issue since one was jalapeño and the other was just Italian. I ended up cutting off the tops of both and swapping the bread to fix it.

Customer service was absolutely horrible, they did not greet myself and my mother when we walked in. We've been going to this particular subway for years and never had an experience like this. My mothers wrap was not wrapped properly. The bread taste stale. I have no idea what happened to this place. We are no longer going to that location.
I just left this subway and it will be the last time i stop here. Service is horrible. The spanish ladies working hardly speak English and are very rude. They were listening to music very loudly also. I ordered the all American club toasted and i got home and the bacon and meats were cold. So do yourself a favor and go to another subway.
Wow! I was surprised to see that tips were automatically added to my receipt, especially since I experienced poor service during my visit. This is not acceptable. Tips should be given based on the quality of service, and in this case, it just didn’t meet the mark.
Great service and I honestly love all of their delicious sandwiches over there!!! I definitely will come back again!!!! Five stars is exactly my total rating!!!!

The Asian woman was not at all friendly and very rude, she wanted to do everything quickly and was very careful with the ingredients.
A sub cost $14 plus tips. Might as well go to a real dinner.
