Didn't bother to ask me for another choice just made it. So then I asked for a roasted chicken sub. I went home to eat. Got my friend the chicken sub. When she opened up her sub there was NO chicken in the sub. Went back to Subway to get the roasted chicken sub. The woman employee accused me of eating the chicken off the sub and bringing it back. During a business trip, I stopped at the town center plaza and decided to get a sandwich at the local Subway. Unfortunately, it was a disappointing experience. A young woman behind the counter seemed unwelcoming from the start. I ordered three sandwiches and asked about the type of meat (capicola), but she rudely insisted it was salami. She appeared irritated and kept pressing me impatiently, asking if I wanted the sandwich or not in a cold tone. Although I wanted to leave, I bought the sandwich and left feeling dissatisfied. Today, I visited Subway knowing they close at 9 PM. I arrived at 8:46, expecting to have enough time to order, but the young woman at the Towncenter Plaza told me they were already closed, even though it wasn’t yet 9 PM. I find it unprofessional to turn customers away before the posted closing time. They should consider updating their hours to reflect an earlier closing time, such as 8:30 PM, since they refused service at 8:46.
The staff were friendly and efficient, and the prices were fair. I ordered a six-inch tuna sandwich, but it fell short of my expectations. The bread was dry, and the tuna was average at best. When I walked in, I didn’t notice the usual comforting aroma of freshly baked bread, which should have been a warning sign. Hopefully, this was just an isolated experience, and I’m open to giving it another chance next time I’m nearby.

Perhaps she was having a tough day, but her rude attitude made me worry that she might have missed something in my sandwich. On top of that, she didn’t even cut it in half, which I believe is standard practice. Overall, the experience was unexpectedly unpleasant and unprofessional, and I wouldn’t recommend this location to anyone looking for a quick sub. Definitely not!
I was hit in the face by a foot-long meatball sandwich with American cheese on white bread at her personal bryce bould. I would give it 4 out of 5 stars, but I would not recommend it.
The restaurant is listed as opening at 8 AM on Google, but even though the lights are on inside, they are not actually open. SUBWAY, could you please address this issue?
I strongly advise avoiding this location; it's the worst Subway I've encountered in Virginia.
