I ordered two footlong subs through the Subway app, and I'm usually pleased with this location's service. However, this experience will be my last visit here. As shown in the photos, neither of my subs had any ingredients added. I ended up having to put my own condiments on them when I got home. I reached out to the manager about the issue, but he seemed indifferent to my concerns. I returned the subs to the store, and the manager merely processed a refund without any acknowledgment of the inconvenience caused. It's worth mentioning that my order was likely the very first one of the day!

I'm giving this restaurant 2 stars because their website said they open at 8 am on Saturdays, but when I got there, they were closed. I came back at 9 am and they were open, but I saw a sign on the window stating that they actually open at 10 am on Saturdays. I would have rated them 4 stars if it weren't for this confusion. The young lady at the counter was very polite and professional.

The $1.99 six-inch subs are absolutely delicious. I opted to try the foot-long sub, and it was fantastic, particularly the meatballs.
The sandwich was decent, but the parking lot was a disappointment. There were so many potholes.
