The customer service is horrible they are very prejudice with nasty attitudes We did an incredible social experiment of sending in a white male a black male and a mexican male to order the same thing and then compared the services rendered and portions given and the white guy received greeting and extra attention care and extra portions without asking. The other two gentlemen was not greeted was rushed and they even was given unwelcome attitudes and smaller portions for all the same price. They have been reported on by servals costumers..Please Don't not support where you are not welcome!!
The server who attended to me was not very attentive to my requests. Even after I specified my choice of sandwich three times, he still got it wrong. It wasn't a special request—just a regular sandwich from the menu with no changes. When I pointed out the error, he reacted defensively and was rude. He also didn't seem to listen when I asked questions, so his unfriendly demeanor was evident from the moment I arrived.

I commented that he made me the wrong sandwich and he got an attitude and then was just rude after that. But he wasn’t listening after he’d ask a question, so he was rude from the start.
This Subway location does not accept coupons. Their deli meats are sliced early in the morning, unlike Jersey Mike's where they slice fresh in front of you while making your sandwich. Some deli meats are pre-sliced, which was a bit disappointing. Additionally, they no longer offer pastrami sandwiches.

The service was painfully slow. Even though there were four people in line, only one staff member was working, while another was sitting in the back. Eventually, someone came out, but they prioritized a mobile order instead of assisting the customers who were waiting.
Whenever I visit this restaurant, I always ask for Roshi. She is exceptionally kind and incredibly helpful. She understands my specific preferences regarding vegetables and always picks the freshest ones for me. I truly appreciate her attention to detail!
I'm an Uber driver and I took a few minutes to grab some lunch. A passenger gave me some coupons from a newspaper, but they refused to accept them. As a result, I had to cancel my order, and the passenger ended up leaving. Why did this happen?
This is the worst Subway I've ever visited. They won’t accept coupons, and the staff are very rude. I wouldn’t recommend this location at all. Instead, try Jersey Mike’s nearby—just a mile away and far better!

I frequently encounter problems with my orders from this restaurant. Even though I pay extra for added items, they are often missing. It seems that the staff doesn't pay enough attention to detail.
