I had a disappointing experience at Subway. Both Sandwich Artists stepped outside for a smoke break, leaving the cashier from the gas station side to handle my protein bowl, which she wasn’t familiar with. I understand it wasn’t her fault since she doesn’t work on that side. When the Sandwich Artists returned, I noticed one of them didn’t wash her hands and just put on gloves to make the sandwich for the person behind me. This lack of hygiene is unacceptable, and I won't be returning.
I had good experiences when this restaurant first opened. The older gentleman who works there offered fantastic customer service. Unfortunately, the quality of service has since declined. It's essential for restaurant staff to connect with customers and address their needs. I don’t want to come across as a difficult customer, so I’ve decided to take my business elsewhere. I'm sorry to say that the service has been disappointing.
I won't be ordering from this location again. We got two footlongs, and both were lacking most of the ingredients! The club was missing the turkey, ham, and pepper jack cheese, while the steak and extra cheese sub was missing the extra cheese altogether. It's unbelievable that they had a printed ingredient list attached to the bag and still left out so many essential items!
