I've been to this Subway location a few times, and it's inside a Walmart. I really don't like shopping at that Walmart because it ranks among the worst in the area, but that's not the main issue. Sadly, this Subway is just as disappointing! The staff have poor attitudes and clearly don't know how to make customers feel appreciated or encourage them to come back. I had a really negative experience at Subway on October 21st around 5:00 PM. The service was poor, as the staff member hastily assembled my food, which was quite frustrating. I had a buy one get one free coupon, but I realized later that I was charged for both sandwiches. Overall, the service needs significant improvement, and the employees should work on their customer service skills. I'm left feeling disappointed and uncertain about returning.
The bread seems to be smaller than it used to be, which limits the number of meatballs or amount of meat you can add. It's disappointing to see a reduction in portions, making customers feel shortchanged. If this doesn't change, you risk losing your customers and their feedback. I'm quite frustrated with this choice. It's a common trend in the restaurant industry; when portions are cut, many places end up closing their doors.
This location is one of the worst I've ever been to. I visited today and came across a staff member who was very rude and unprofessional. To make matters worse, there were flies buzzing around. Let me interduce you to the new BREAD sub offered by this location only! This location has to have perfect food cost because they surely don't give you what you pay for! An not only do they cheat you on your food order the beg you to tip them!
