I go in asked if they could grab a soft slice of bread that I could see the guy who was there at first got the loafs I tried to be more specific so I told him to go to bottom row from where I could see I noticed he went way to floor so I told him not all the way there he decided to walk away instead of taking the order, got mad walked off so the other young lady who’s at the register comes to make the order already had an attitude when I asked where was the manager so when I went over the same issue about wanting a loaf on the row I could see I got specific I told her the 5th row the rack in the back that is visible to me so she claims they don’t usually do that with an attitude I was tellin...
I am just curious why the manager would not even bother answering the customer's call for that extra 7000$ charge. What was the plan? I also would like to know what Subway did with the manager after the news got the story? Did he get a promotion or did he get fired? Or you give him some extra training for handling customer's refunds? :

I am appalled that the manager would steal $7000 from a grandmother. It is clear that he intentionally manipulated the books and took advantage of her. When she approached you about this, you should have taken immediate action. This behavior is unacceptable and disgraceful.
