I had a disappointing experience at this restaurant. I stopped by for dinner after some shopping and found the service to be quite poor. When I took some time to decide on the type of cheese I wanted, the staff member rolled her eyes at me and exchanged an annoyed glance with her coworker. I encountered the same attitude when I accidentally requested the wrong type of bread and tried to change my mind. To make matters worse, my sub was made incorrectly. Today's visit to this location was my worst yet. Out of my choice of bread. Tomatos and lettuce looked revolting. The fact that your staff can look at that and still serve it tells me there is ZERO quality standards. Male on staff needs training. He doesn't even know how to make a sandwich. Feel like I got ripped off today. $13 for a sandwich that wasn't even what I wanted to order. Won't visit again.
Good service, but not what I want. Told the server I wanted a sidekick combo which is 8 dollars including two small sandwiches, one drink and one snack, turned out to be only two sidekicks and a drink, and it cost more than plus a snack! Told the other server around 10 minutes later when I spotted the error, yet she said I have to wait till tomorrow morning when the manager is around...
Every time I've been here, I've gotten the cold shoulder, as if I'm too much of an inconvenience to be there. The employee helping me didn't say a word to me, got visibly annoyed when I asked her certain things, like asking for bacon, asking for my bread to be toasted. Idk if it was a series of off days when I happened to be there, but it needs to be addressed.

There was barely any lettuce left, what was there was brown and slimy looking. I asked for it to be replaced with fresh lettuce, and the employee dumped the fresh lettuce right on top of the old rotten stuff. Absolutely no standards for health and safety or food quality. I just walked away and chose somewhere else to eat.
I just visited the Subway on Massey Drive a few minutes ago. The girl at the front, whose name I believe is Muskan, seemed like she didn’t want to be there. She gave us strange looks while I was making modifications to my salad and was quite rude. The customer service was lacking overall.
