I've never ordered online before but I decided to give it a try since I have a short lunch break. I placed the order at 11:19 a.m, only to realize five minutes later that I placed the order at the wrong Subway (there’s one closer to my job). I called at 11:25 am to see if I could cancel my order and the girl I spoke to said no because the order was already made. Just got off work decided to not cook and enjoy myself a nice meatball marinara sandwhich... keep in mind this is at 8pm, I ge their only to find out their is no meatball, he said I would have to wait 20 minutes. I asked what time did they close they said at 11pm. Such a disappointment, won't be going back their again.
I want to give a shoutout to Marissa, a team member who provided us with outstanding service. My boyfriend and I came in with a large lunch order for my family, and Marissa managed everything perfectly. She was incredibly pleasant, organized, and attentive. The restaurant itself was very clean and well-stocked.
Subway was my favorite place. I love the pastrami sandwiches. I paid too much and it only has a lil bit of pastrami.. last time I eat there. Great customer service tho. Is just the fact that the sandwiches have a lil bit of meat.

I got the worst employee today when I walked in just the worst attitude and put way too much mayonnaise on my sandwich when I asked for a small amount. I almost left without paying or eating
The short woman who is the manager has an unpleasant attitude, and the restaurant is not clean. The floors definitely need to be cleaned.
