I don't typically give one-star reviews, but the service here didn't meet my expectations. I always check for signs about pet policies before bringing my dog inside. Unfortunately, when I walked in, someone shouted, "No pets allowed." While I understand the policy, it would have been helpful to have a sign displayed. I've visited other Subway locations that welcomed my dog, allowing me to just come in and out without issues. I was disappointed that this location wasn't more accommodating or friendly to pet owners, especially since there were no other customers around. I wish they would adopt a more pet-friendly attitude.

I decided to give this restaurant another shot because the app indicated they accepted coupons. However, after my sandwich was made and it was time to pay, they refused to accept my coupon. There were no signs anywhere stating that they don’t honor coupons or promotions. It’s absurd to spend millions on advertising and promotions when many locations don’t accept them, and the app provides misleading information. I usually visit Subway, but I’ve never thought their sandwiches are worth the full price, especially since the quality fluctuates so much. That said, I will continue to avoid stores that don’t accept coupons.

I always loved Subway but after today it really made me not want to come to this franchise or this location again, Today I went in for a typical sandwich and asked if I can have some extra veggies on there, They said no because something that one of their manager said. It would’ve been fine, but I barely had any veggies on my sandwich and they gave me attitude when I asked if I could have more politely. It was very disappointing that they said no even though I’m the one paying for the sandwich.

Horrible service.. they don't accept SUBWAY COUPONS.. They are out of stock on cheese.. only 1 flavor available... only 2 kinds of bread available... who runs a business with corporate name and wo t honor the coupon your corporation sent outParking: Horrible Book a table now

The subs aren't bad, don't get me wrong, but I have ordered online multiple times and 2/3 times they have gotten my order wrong. Ordered my brother a chicken bacon ranch sandwich today, found that there was no bacon, no ranch, and minimal chicken.

I ordered a BOSS sandwich online for pickup on my way home from work, but when I opened it, I found a plain meatball sub instead. What a disappointment!

Worker was nice but they don't take Subway coupons at this location which is weird to me.
