I frequent this restaurant often and always order the same thing. Today when I entered, I requested my bread not be toasted. The woman serving me became angry and complained about the inconvenience of not toasting my bread, giving me an attitude. I was shocked by her disrespectful tone and decided to leave, not wanting her to prepare my sandwich. It was clear that she did not enjoy her job. This was not the first time she had made my sandwich with irritation, but this time she expressed her frustration openly when I asked for untoasted bread. It seems to always be an issue with how you want your food prepared. The situation was embarrassing with other customers watching as I left with my son...
My family and I love eating subway and it’s unfortunate that this is the closest one to me because over the past 3-4 years, the service has been horrendous. The employees always have attitudes and make snarky comments if you correct them. Today the employee was talking bad about me to her coworker in Punjabi and made a few remarks about how I was ordering and was literally judging my order (she clearly didn’t know I understood what she was saying). Finally at the end after the 3rd or 4th remark, I responded in Punjabi. She didn’t apologize or anything- just continued with her nasty attitude. Won’t be back.
Honestly, the service was so slow that I almost walked away while waiting, and there were only two other customers in the shop. The food was good, and I don't want to trash the place because it isn't high-scale organic whole food whatever. It was tasty. It was priced right. It's just... the service. The woman taking the order really struggled with what I was asking for, and what I was asking for was mostly pre-arranged on the menu, so it was confusing for me as a customer as well as time-consuming. This wouldn't stop me from returning, but it's not someplace I'd run back to.
Do not bother going to this restaurant. The so-called "Manager" named Andy was incredibly rude. He messed up my order and then rudely refused to give a refund or make a new sandwich. He even yelled at my sister. This was the worst service I have ever received. I will definitely not be returning.

Extremely slow!!! Only 1 person behind the counter. Person behind counter had a language barrier. Had to explain things several times. Never said thank you, poor customer service.
This restaurant does not accept coupons, which is misleading. The staff member working behind the counter could benefit from additional training.
The service was incredibly poor. The woman taking my sandwich order was impatient and seemed really annoyed. I won't be returning.
Horribly run, worker had no idea what she was doing, horribly placed condiments and ingredients, needs to be fixed
