Went to get a sandwich, roof was leaking water over the cucumbers and tomatoes. The employees answer was to put a food tray over the drip. This would have been a good idea if it wasn’t causing the roof water to splatter off the tray and still get onto the food. I will never eat at this subway again. They should get the water leak resolved rather than operating with food that is contaminated by dirty roof water.
I go to the subway at walmart, they are always the freshest. I drove on the broadway on this subway, I got a sandwich that has an old brot. I don't order one with extra meat and definitiw. I have given the special instructions to add sweet paprika I did not get. I'll make the extra trip next time. Unfortunately, if they lock it up, it'll be the next. I would rather pick up
I went today @3pm (03/05) and the employee was on the phone, taking personal calls. Was not listening to my instructions.... I had to repeat myself several times to get the message across because is personal call seemed important. Its Covid and it's required to wear a mask... he kept taking his mask off. I will be reporting this location to corporate.
The customer service was absolutely terrible. There were four customers waiting, and one employee was at the register while another, who had just been hired, was in the back staring at her phone. Eventually, the back employee came out but just stood there watching how her coworkers were making sandwiches. I couldn't believe the whole situation. Book a table now
I visited today to order some drinks, like ice cream and coffee, but the employee told me that they don’t serve coffee at the location. I also wanted to use the restroom, but she claimed that the flush was broken. I don't believe her since it seems suspicious. What are the policies regarding these issues?
Nice little Subway location. Always very clean. Friendly, courteous staff.My only complaint, is the awkward location. The stores here are all in a row, but they extend off one corner of the lot, so you have to park and walk. It's not a big deal, unless it's snowing or your kids want to wait in the car.
Went inside to get a sub and the man making the sandwich had is mask improperly worn basically barely even covering his mouth). I walked out as I wasn’t comfortable. My business is lost and will not be returning during these times.
bad service, employees were not professional. they only talked to each other. I went to this place for the first time and had bad experiences. I wasn't finished with my command and they wrapped my sandwich and served it. Book a table now
