I politely requested that she listen to my order instead of rushing through it. Unfortunately, she ended up putting the wrong sauces on my sandwich because she wasn't paying attention. When I pointed this out, she removed the sauces with a paper napkin, which contaminated my sandwich. Then she put another incorrect sauce on because she still wasn’t focused, and when she grabbed the napkin again, I decided to let it go and said it was fine. When I presented a coupon that Subway had sent me, she scoffed and said, "Oh great, a coupon." "I don't have to come back!" I visited the Subway at Great IF Plaza today and had a disappointing experience. I requested some sharp paprika on the side, and although the owner hesitated and seemed annoyed, she eventually complied. I was using a voucher to pay, and she clearly wasn't pleased about it. She told me not to bring the voucher again, which I found quite rude. When I expressed my dissatisfaction, she responded, "You don’t have to come back here." She also said, "The coupon doesn’t do anything for us. I shouldn’t have to know how to bring the good." Wow, just wow! I will never return to this restaurant. Even if I were starving, I would choose to go without rather than step foot in here again. It felt like I was struggling to communicate my order, similar to a scene from a Busta Rhymes song—constantly asking, "What's next? Hold on a second." The staff was incredibly rude. Additionally, if I'm paying for extra meat or cheese, I expect to actually receive it. I requested extra spinach on my veggie sandwich, but what I got was just two extra leaves, and the original amount wasn’t even a full serving. I spent $32 for what amounted to a loaf of Wonder Bread. Do yourself a favor and eat somewhere else.

I really have no complaints about this place. There's a wonderful Asian lady who always greets me with a big smile, and I can count on my sandwich being delicious every time! She's the one who got me addicted to their new foot-long pretzel. What’s not to love? If I have a go-to spot (which I do), it’s definitely Subway—affordable, quick, and the service is a solid 10/10! I highly recommend it to anyone who wants to leave with a smile! Book a table now

I would give this place zero stars if I could! The staff here are incredibly rude—I've never encountered such unprofessionalism anywhere else. I won't be returning; I'll take my business elsewhere. They completely ignored our requests. I asked for a side sauce, and they told me that they charge for it, so they refused to provide it, not even a cup of water. What a terrible experience!

The service was disappointing. The woman was rude and seemed unwilling to make sandwiches properly; if she doesn’t enjoy her job, perhaps she should consider a change. On top of that, I was charged more than expected. The meat was old, the lettuce was wilted, and overall, it felt like a waste of both my money and my time.

The managers lack patience. When I inquired about the options for the bowl, he just responded with a nonchalant "huh" several times. I also asked if they could cut the ingredients before adding the salad, and he dismissively said that it was too much work. This was my first and last visit. Very rude service.

The Asian woman, whether she is the owner or a staff member, was very rude. I won't be coming back to this place. She didn't even take the time to answer my questions. P.S. It's genuinely disheartening to see someone working so unhappily; it makes me feel sorry for her situation. Book a table now
