Latest visit to the outlet in Joondalup shopping centre was ruined by my wrap being overdone in the toaster. I was happy with being refunded, but was refused an alternative by the intense and intimidating manager Ryan who couldn't get over the fact that I should not have ordered a gluten free wrap. The fact I didn't realise it was gluten free was not the point. It was that it was overdone and although I tried to eat it, I gave up. It got worse when he came over to my table where I was enjoying one of their delicious lemon tarts and coffee (which was all I ended up having for lunch) and took me to task for ordering gluten free and not being happy with the service! We been a few times and always enjoy the coffee and the cakes. Staff are lovely and always pleasant, whether they are busy or not. We've also ordered birthday cakes from here and they are delicious.
it's expensive for what they get. eating is good, but not excellent. the coffee is good. there is a decent selection of sweet tasty to choose, but the price-performance ratio is not great.
This coffee shop serves Excellent coffee with a good variety of sweets. Service is great, perfect location when you just feel like a coffee hit in the busy mall atmosphere.
