Sugar Factory Chocolate Lounge, Las Vegas Boulevard

I usually enjoy the food at this restaurant, but today's experience was incredibly disappointing. I waited for 30 minutes only to be told that they were not making their "imperial roll" well that day, so I had to change my order without any excuses or discount. Additionally, my friend found a white wire (used to bind cilantro, etc.) in her banh Xeo, which was quite concerning.

The complaint I had was that the music is a bit too loud, I don't prefer to compete with background music when talking to the person next to me.

Creative delicious asian cuisine. Tried the crab potstickers, lamb curry noodle, shaky beef, pecan pie.
