This was my first and last time ordering from Super Japan. The experience was awful! The service was terrible, and they practically tried to poison me. I ordered one chicken egg roll, but after a 30-minute wait, they gave me the wrong one—it was beef, which I haven’t eaten in over twenty years. I immediately bit into it, spit it out, and took it back. Just the grease alone is making my stomach hurt and feel sick. Absolutely never again! I wish I could give zero stars. They seemed more concerned about their security cameras than preparing my single egg roll correctly. Because of their delay, I was late returning from my 45-minute lunch break. I was served spoiled fried rice that caused a severe stomach ache. They attempted to mask the unpleasant taste with too much teriyaki sauce, but the spoiled flavor was unmistakable. I can't believe a restaurant would serve such rotten food! Update: I became very ill and spent the night vomiting. Although they gave me a refund, there was no apology or acknowledgment of the issue. Absolutely nothing. I strongly recommend avoiding this place!
Overpriced and they don’t even pay attention to orders. I ordered chicken and shrimp but received a bunch of beef instead—completely confusing. Plus, a single shrimp egg roll costs $4, and it wasn’t even worth it. I laughed when I saw it. Nothing special here, and once again, they ignored my order. A total waste of time, money, and food. Hopefully the trash enjoyed it. I wouldn’t recommend this place.
Has there been a change in management? The food seems to be lacking flavor now. I ordered the chicken and shrimp teriyaki with noodles and vegetables, and despite adding extra sauce, it still tasted diluted and bland.
