Came here last night and it was fantastic. Sharled some plates - all of them delicious. The three types of "new style" Sashimi have all the different sauces that are pleasant to see - too often are sauces that are reused between several dishes, which makes the food pretty repeated. The chili-filled tempura green is delicious. We also tried the dynamite roller (very fresh), Aburi Sushi and the Wagyu Gyoza. I would all get you again. Not cheap, but standard for this quality Japanese in the area.
yachiyo is a beautiful intimate Japanese restaurant with friendly staff. I went there to celebrate the vaterday with my family and we enjoyed everything we ordered. we had the Sashimi selection, miso grilled black cadjau, grilled salmon-shampi hotpot. for dessert we tried both the Japanese melon mochi as well as the white chocolate spuffs matcha. make sure they have a reservation as they are very busy.

This and mino are gems. I followed the brand Yachiyo in Sydney since I first tasted her in Darlinghurst and never disappointed it! My favorite and also quite affordable. we ordered takeaway and everything was absolutely divine. the spicy thun-fishing roll, sashimi selection and slowly boiled wagyu were outstanding, and the staff was super friendly!
