Sweet Taste of Italy was a family favorite when we lived in Champlin. The House Special pasta was a favorite of mine, and I loved the bread. This is my neighborhood Italian spot that I've had two recent experiences that were not up to expectation.When I arrived the place today, it was busy, a counter person asked who was there for pick-up. I answered but she didn't hear. When I went to catch her attention the cashier rudely told me to get to the back of the line.The food was edible after heating it at home, but not up to the standards I'd grown accustomed to. The meat sauce was not so much and it was the consistency of tomato paste. 6/9/24 I'm a food delivery driver and a rude staff look like a man questioning me about my arrival when I go by the time that I'm suppose to pick up the order and her response was well don't clock in if your not gonna get out of your car, I hope she doesn't talk to everyone like that
