Communication with Adil and Christine was excellent; they promptly answered all of my questions before finalizing the booking. The staff was very accommodating, and our party host, Christine, was instrumental in ensuring everything went smoothly. I've been a loyal customer for almost a year. During covid this place was super clean and employees were nice. Now it's just always trashed in the outside of the building and inside. The employees were pushing the dirty topping back in the bins with a dirty paint brush. Also half the machines weren't working. I asked the employee if they had more strawberries and he was so rude and said just no. I will never come back here. This place was such a mess. It's grossed me out.
Loved loved loved it. It's my very first tome coming to this place and I fell in love with the horchata flavor, a little bit sweeter than I was expecting but nothing to be sick of. The chairs are pulled aside to contribute to covid, but was not a biggie. All the toppings are covered and the workers are the ones helping out with that which is good since they are using gloves as well. Definitely coming back for another round.
This is the best place! The staff is incredibly polite, greeting you with "Welcome to Sweet Frog" when you arrive and wishing you "Have a great day" as you leave. The toppings are always well-stocked, the machines are never empty, and the place is impeccably clean. We visit often and take advantage of their text message coupons.

I used to love this place, especially the option for customers to choose their own toppings. However, I noticed some concerning sanitary practices. I witnessed patrons licking their fingers and then touching the dipping spoons, which was pretty shocking. On the bright side, the staff and the facility itself are excellent.
I wasn't very satisfied with this location. They don't allow you to serve your own toppings, which was understandable when COVID was a bigger concern than it is now. Being able to add your own toppings is important, especially at a place that weighs your items. It feels a bit strange to have the staff do it instead.
You know, I don't shop at sweetFrog but my family does. They like the selection of toppings here but would like to see a better selection of flavors... as in, more fruit flavors and combinations that other shops don't have. Of course, the visits are mostly in the summer months.
The yogurt is good, buttttttt the place is always dirty. And even if they clean, you can still smell the dirty towels. The toppings do not look fresh and there's always a mess on the floor.
