The day shift at this restaurant always does a great job, but the night shift needs improvement. Every time I try to go to Taco Bell for dinner, I encounter issues. Last night, my partner and I went and the drive-thru was not accessible, forcing another customer to leave their car as well. When we tried to order at the kiosk at 9:30, the doors were locked. We ended up leaving. I hate to leave a negative review, but why be open if there is no way to get food?
My visit to NBG was flawless. As someone who worked at this Tacobell for 7 years, I can attest to the high quality of the food. My order was prepared quickly and to my exact liking. Highly satisfied with my experience.
If you're looking for a quick and affordable option, I highly recommend this place. The only thing they need to improve on is remembering to bring drinks, but other than that, they're an A+ in my book.
There getting better just way to slow for drive through..look we shouldn't have to wait 24mins in line with 4 vars in front of you
