The food was absolutely terrible—burnt and poorly prepared. The tortilla in my Mexican pizza was a dark orange color, and the pizza was already cut into pieces, making it extremely brittle. When I called to complain, the person on the phone explained that the orange color was due to grease. I pointed out that they must be using old grease, but she insisted the tortilla was burnt and admitted that the person who made them that day had indeed burnt them. So, you're acknowledging that you served me burnt food?! Why would you do that?

Ordered online. Ended up waiting for over 30 minutes (after a 10 minute drive). Finally got an employees attention after 3 others ignored me. Turns out, they had my order sitting by the register the whole time, since before i even got there, instead of the online order pickup shelf. Food was old and cold. They were so busy, if i had them remake it i wouldve had to wait another 30 minutes.
Tried 1 of their new offerings: double beef Burrito. Great without the liquid Nacho cheese sauce...it'll kill you. Lol. But really, not good for you if we are being truthful about liquid Nacho cheese sauce in general. Just ask for it to be built without the liquid cheese it really is a good Burrito a good value.
I stopped by for lunch and had to place my order at the kiosk due to a staff shortage, but I found it easy to use. The food was served promptly and was nice and warm. A nice perk is that this location offers Dr Pepper!

Routinely cold food , mostly always have to do special orders so that it can be hot... but the staff is typically very pleasant and willing to address any issues...
