Decided to go inside And only one person was in there and the 2 others were vaping by the dumpster I went outside and asked if I could get some help inside open side and 1 girl came up and went came up and was like oh sorry she's making my food and laughed. I said well shouldn't she stop but she's doing to take care of a customer or what about the other person that's still outside? Then she said sorry that's what happens when we get a late start here. I placed a mobile order and found the store closed on October 16. The staff refused to refund my money. Lisa, who I assume is a manager, called me and explained that it was the result of a "series of mistakes," assuring me that I would receive a refund. A week has passed, and I still haven't received anything. I am extremely disappointed with the franchise operating this location. They are often closed when they should be open, the wait times are terrible, and now it feels like they are stealing money from customers. Taco Bell has always been my favorite fast-food place and my go-to choice, but this experience has left me completely frustrated with the brand.
really the worst Taco bell in the opposite. for beginners they have strange hours and they will wait longer than they should go through in the car, whether day or time. I'm sure because they're short-size or something, but that doesn't mean I should get totally cold eating in the car. I don't mean that eating was cool and somehow warm, that felt like they kept it in the refrigerator while I was waiting. if you are hungry, you should literally go anywhere unless you feel like time and money. at this point they should only close permanently because it is embarrassing how bad it is.
This place really needs to improve! It's nearly impossible to tell when they're open or closed. The drive-thru is incredibly slow, even with just a few cars in line. I know it's supposed to be fast food, but this was ridiculous. My “taco” looked awful! I took one bite and tossed the rest of my order in the trash. The meat was terrible – it either came from yesterday or was expired. I've never seen a Taco Bell order look this bad. It's definitely a place to avoid!

The atmosphere was warm and friendly. A lovely lady in the back even offered to buy me a coffee, and although I usually wouldn't accept such a gesture, I happily took her up on it. The coffee was perfectly mixed by the morning staff, who were a pleasure to be around. It's clear that they value their customers.

We waited in line for 25 minutes and hadn't ordered...we couldn't leave as the drive through had rocks and a wall and people were behind us.THEN it was our turn to order and we waited, then we asked if anyone was there. No response. We drive up to the window and asked if they are taking orders and the guy said they are closed due to staffing.Definitely will not be returning
Says it closes at midnight. Got there at 940 and there was a car in front of me. The worker said on the drive thru monitor said it was closed. 4 cars pulled behind me and we were all stuck there while the uber eats sat in the line waiting for their order. Cars behind me got mad but we couldn't move. This location always has crappy service and they close whenever they want.
I ordered a 12 taco pack. I also ordered two beef and bean burritos I also asked for sauce packets. Instead I got to burrito Supremes or something and no sauce packet. Why can’t this place get an order right? it’s really not that hard and this is an ongoing issue

Would not recommend. Heads up their lobby is ALWAYS closed now so I can't get lunch in my work days. Staff is always trying their best so it's not their fault but it's super inconvenient when there is never a sign to say their lobby is closed.
Imagine being closed on a Saturday night. While your workers give nothing but bad attitudes to your customers. Might as well shut this location down completely. Franchise owner doesn't know how to run a business.
