I hadn't eaten Taco Bell in years. I arrived here in LA some years ago and ate a real taco and never looked back. But I had to stop at the closest spot for sustenance. When I walked inside, the ordering kiosks were right there on the wall, easy access. Itapped the screen and within seconds, I had paid and was waiting for my order to come up. The two workers had it all handled. Ialso liked the fact that the inside of the restaurant stayed open later than most fast food restaurants. Not a bad Taco Belllocation. Not bad at all. They just need to have salsa packs. And this place will be the number 1.
I found this location to be quite unpleasant. It had a strong smell of raw sewage inside, which suggests there are plumbing problems. The staff wasn't very friendly, and I waited for 12 minutes before almost deciding to leave. Eventually, a woman in the drive-thru called for someone to assist me, and a young man named Sue helped me out. While I know all Taco Bells have their issues, I have to say that the one in Santa Monica stands out positively in comparison.
I visited the drive-thru for a quick bite, and my experience was disappointing. The cashier, Christian, greeted me and asked if I was ready to order. I requested a minute, but within 30 seconds, he kept urging me to place my order, which made me feel rushed. In the end, I just ordered whatever appeared on the menu screen. Overall, I was not satisfied with the service I received today.
I decided to take my very short lunch at this place. I waited for 15 minutes to get help and the lady still couldn’t take my order. They had 4 people in the back and nobody was helping anyone in the front. I left without even ordering my food. What terrible service and a disappointment. Not to mention the lack of cleanliness of the place.

Don?t really like Taco Bell but I went to this location for the firs time and a nice gentleman by the name of Jesus was taking my order at the drive thru! Thank you Jesus for being so polite and the food was amazing ! It was fresh! Will come back againand try it out!

The male cashier was rude and unprofessional, however the supervisor or manager stepped in and did some damage control, unfortunately it was to late. I will not be returning for a month(s) depending if the other restaurants fail to.
Americanize Mexican food. Had there 5 layer beef burrito. Everything in it was so over processed you could NOt tell what's in the burrito. Everything was mixed into a cream like paste. I think I'll stick to the chicken here.

Missing items, can't get my money back, the tacobell apps doesn't help at all. The guy that gave me the food just gave me the order after I said pick up, but I didn't give him my name, what in the world.
I waited quite a long time in the drive-thru—at least 20 minutes.
