Dropped in on 10-1-22 at 9:50pm and ordered a beefy melt burrito sub steak and add chicken as well as a spicy potato soft taco. I trust the order is right because they seal the bags and get home and the burrito is the cheap 2 dollar burrito it normally would be and there's no cheese on it or steak or chicken which I paid 4 dollars more for. The potatoes soft taco was rolled up like a burrito and had no lettuce on it. The potatoes were so hard I couldn't chew them. The drive through guy was really nice, I guess he was logged in as Mario, but the guy filling the orders evidently thought it would be cool to screw a guy's order up. I tried this Taco bell three times and was disappointed every time. Section : wrong order2. I ordered veggie Mexican pizza and got bark pizza that is against my religious feelings. 3. exp : store is closed for store meetings, but why would they hire when business is closed. they never understood my name. always gave me a look and wrong ordering the dame at the drive thru is racist and simply does not know how to take order. when she didn't understand my name, she gave me other types that apparently had Indian names. there is no live chat after hours in the app to mention the problems. worse taco bell ever. they should fire existing employees and hire some reasonable employees.
I went through the drive-through to make a pick up for delivery It seemed more like I was interrupting the employee at the window. She gave me the beverage and then sent me to the other side of the building to wait on my food which took A good 20 minutes for them to bring it out All the order consisted of was 2 Crunch wraps. When the employee came out to give me my food she had a disgusted look on her face like I was still there ruining her day. I myself will not be returning back to this store
I don’t even know how to rate this location. My experiences are a total grab bag. They’re almost always understaffed, and employees can’t do anything about that—I feel for them for that. Sometimes employees look and act like they hate their jobs, sometimes they look like they’re just trying to get through the day and do their jobs, and occasionally there’s very good service. It’s not uncommon to get to the window and be told they’re out of something.

As the reviews show.. Clearly this place is trash. With increasing gun violence in this city I'm highly surprised that there has not been a shooting at this location. The level of disrespect and unprofessionalism is astounding. This store has to be losing Money. This place needs to be shutdown and restaffed. The place is dirty and so is the staff.
every time I come here at 10 o'clock or later everyone in the load is just chilling and not working while on the watch. if this is how this business is running, I want to pay an application to do nothing thanks. this is not satire it is the truth that I am tired of not being able to eat here, as I used to, very unprofessional.
every time I and my wife on this taco dress up bell they run immediately all the things they are out: no cuddly kartoffels, no pizzas, no that not. And when I say every time, I mean every time I mess. the most devilish taco bell I ever was in the middle of the far away. what a call this has earned.
I decided to write this review after waiting for 10 minutes for my order. I even placed it online before I drove to this Taco bell. it is important that they have a lot of time for them. who owns this franchise has to join. that's way too long for quick eating. service: 1/5

It was ok just went because nuthin else was closer. They don't put enough food on whatever u get. Like on the the chicken quesadilla you probably have four pieces of chicken and the rest is dough and cheese that's gross.
