There’s a man here who is rude, combative and argumentative. I asked to have something remade because it was poorly made and there was no meat on it. The food was good but 45 minutes wait was not. My teenage daughter placed her order at 8:40pm, she was with a group of friends who also ordered food. I came to pick her up at 9pm and food was still not ready. I finally walked in to check what is taking so long, and she was finally given her food at 9:25pm. One of the workers (young man) told me they had 30 people in the restaurant (not true) and 30 people through drive through (not true) and some door dash orders, and they are understaffed and it is very unusually busy Monday. The restaurant got extremely busy right after we walked in, with probably 15 people coming in at one time plus cars in the drive thru. Dakota, David, Jacob and Bree were on top of their game and handled the crowd and busyness perfectly. They went out of their way to get me one extra taco even in the midst of the crazy crowd and were so polite and kind about it. They did an excellent job and I appreciate this staff so much!
They closed half an hour early, and the grills frequently turn off over thirty minutes before closing time. I’m not sure what management is doing at this location, but it’s not effective. I wouldn’t be surprised if this place ends up shutting down due to the staff's behavior.

Taco Bell's food should be consistent at all locations. This particular store did a great job representing the brand, offering delicious options, a clean dining area, and friendly service.
David and Jacob are the best i’ve ever seen. I love the service and the food was amazing.
Terrible experience; not a single item was even warmed up enough to melt the cheese.
Rude employees. I've only been here twice and had several missing items both times.
