Placed a mobile order 15 mins ahead of time. Arrived to wait for 20 mins with one single car in front of us then we make it to the window for them to tell us to back up behind the pole so they could keep their times looking good. We backed up behind the pole and it wasn’t far enough. She came out of the window and said “you need to pull behind the pole further. I told you behind the pole.” Finally got our food and still was missing items.
A 21-year-old young woman called her friends to work late at night, while her managers believe that Taco Bell is profitable. Unfortunately, her behavior towards a customer is simply unacceptable and should not be tolerated. It's a shame that such conduct exists, and unless those individuals are let go, improvements can't be made.
Each time I visit, the food typically takes an exceptionally long time to arrive, and I often find myself having to pull behind the sensor to restart the timer. Additionally, they frequently run out of menu items, and either the grill or fryer seems to be off more often than not.
The new grilled cheese fries are great! You can get them with the taco meat or steak. I ordered them with the taco meat and they were delicious! You can get them spicy or regular. Book a table now
This is actually one of the better fast food restaurants I've been to. The staff is friendly and doesn't seem unhappy during your visit. Overall, I had a great experience!
Drive-thru was was quick, employee was polite but fries were a little cold but still

"Atmosphere was nice. Up scale look and feel. But wear what you want. Decent menu but pricy. The black bean and chorizo soup is awesome. The toasted ravioli....... Not so much. In fact. Not at all. If there are people in the hotel lobby or bar it's pretty loud."
