Whoever was working the drive thru was rude. While trying to place my order she kept interrupting and wouldn’t let me finish ordering. When I got my my order she rudely handed me my order and didn’t say a word to me. Just gave me my stuff and slammed the window. I had to wave her down to ask if that was all if it. She only nodded and never opened the window to speak or anything. My order was missing something so I go to the lobby which was locked it was 9pm on the dot and someone was still in the lobby. But the guy literally looked at me and ignored me and refused to see what I needed. When the customer left I told the guy I was missing something and he said you have to go through drive thru...
I have been to this restaurant many times and usually order an ice cream float or a lemonade. This time, I was given a small cup of water without even asking for it. I have never been served water in a cup before. The tacos were tasty, but I think they could use more tomatoes. I may try Taco Cabana next time for tacos, maybe with a beer and a variety of salsas to choose from instead of just one.
I really enjoy Taco Casa and it seems to have improved from how it used to be. The atmosphere is different than before, almost as if they have undergone a complete transformation. It appears that they may have improved their management. Today, I noticed a new item on the menu, the Taco Lite, which was delicious.
I went for my co works and had 2 simple orders a burrito n tried to get separate 2 tacos and they made me get back in line which makes no sense i understand trying to keep line moving but i don't wanna wait for a zelle or cash app to get my funds back from someone trying to get food n someone had to be at office

Every time I have gone to Taco Casa the to go lines are long and wait times are longer. The food is good but it is frustrating to wait that long and get below average customer service. I only frequent this location because it is in my neighborhood.
Burleson Taco Casa is only there for the white folks not for Hispanic people. Burleson Taco Casa does not serve Hispanic people.
Taco Casa is the greatest. I have had only one bad experience with them since I've been going there in the past 10yrs or so
