I’ve been a patron since the restaurant opened, and I have to say that the name is a bit misleading since they offer much more than just tacos. The steak burritos are fantastic, and I’ve tried both the NY Strip Steak meal and the T-Bone Steak meal — both were excellent, particularly the potatoes and vegetables. The menu is incredibly diverse, making me think the name doesn't do them justice. I would definitely recommend it as a great family dining option. As a regular customer, I’ve noticed that, as mentioned by someone else, they could improve on paying a bit more attention to detail. However, it seems like they are a new venture that will only get better with time. At least they’ve started...
Today, I went to lunch with a colleague and discovered a hidden gem in East Hartford. From the outside, the restaurant doesn’t look like much, as it’s located in an older shopping mall, and surprisingly, it wasn’t busy. What a pity, because the food was outstanding—absolutely delicious! I highly recommend this place to anyone craving tacos, burritos, or any Mexican cuisine. I had a steak burrito and a beef taco, both of which were fantastic, while my coworker ordered chicken tacos that he also raved about. The prices were reasonable and definitely justified by the quality of the food.
I really enjoy Taco Max. Their tacos are delicious and full of flavor, though I would prefer if they cooked the tortillas a bit more. I particularly love their yellow rice and roasted beans; they are very tasty and even better than those at another similar restaurant I tried. Taco Max offers great seasoning and I absolutely love their avocado sauce. Their burritos were also good. I’m looking forward to trying more items from their menu soon!
First order. Food was good and delivery was pretty fast. Only the thing is that she gave me sour cream for my wings and forget my mother the free soda, besides a little more attention to detail everything else was good!.

I would not recommend dining in. With that said the chorizo burrito I had was quite flavorful. There is a chili sauce that it comes with which adds another dimension of flavor and gives nice amount of heat as well.
Great food. But don't order delivery lol. Took over an hour to go 10 minutes down the road. Just pick it up!
