I understand how some places have to 'adjust ' the taste of their dishes according to local palates, and I certainly don 't blame them for ensuring a steady business. Best Indian food in Hobart, exceptional service and always a pleasant experience. My favourite restaurant by far, went last night for my Birthday and it was busy (as it always has been the half dozen times I have eaten here) yet food is always brought out within 10-15 minutes. Love it.
