I have been a butter chicken addict since the late 1990s (because I didn 't like spicy food growing up and this is a very mild dish , so I know my butter chicken! I have tried it in so many different places but it is only...this place that keeps me coming back for more time and time again. The owner Sampath (I think that is his name, because I have always nicknamed him 'Butter Chicken ' , is a friendly man who will often chat with you at length when there aren 't other customers to serve. Now the butter chicken isn 't the only dish they serve, their freshly made naans are delicious, and generous portions of rice and meat (eating here are the largest I have seen in Sydney. This is a fast food store in the Macquarie Shopping Centre specialising in Indian cuisine. Thali meals veg and non-veg) are available along with mini meals like biryani, or naan with any one curry of your choice. A typical thali consisting of a choice of...2 curries from mutter-paneer, aloo baingan gravy, dal makhani, chicken curry, hot and spicy chicken 65 etc), rice, naan, pappad and sweet generally one gulab jamun) costs $12. The portions are quite small though. The food appears to be hot and fresh, but I noticed that exactly the same dishes were available for 2-3 consecutive days. So either the menu is the same everyday or the food is sometimes cooked in bulk and carried over. The biryan...

I ordered a curry with rice for takeaway, specifically the butter chicken. Upon eating it, I noticed that the portion was mostly rice with very little chicken. It seemed like the server intentionally skimped on the chicken, leaving space for more in the container. For the price of $10.90, with the actual cost of rice being minimal, this felt like a dishonest way to increase profits. The owner should make sure their staff are trained properly to avoid upsetting loyal customers like myself. During a lockdown, it's disappointing to see a lack of effort in customer service. I recommend choosing from the many other food options available at Macquarie Centre for better value. Avoid this place if y... Book a table now

if they like Indian food, this is one of their better takeaway options in the food dish at macquarie centre. its meals are tasteful, inexpensive (at least for macquarie centre) and a decent size. Standard offers are two veggie curries with rice is $10,50;... two meat curries with rice is $11,50 they will certainly not feel hungry afterwards. it is not a seat in the restaurant that they take their food in a plastic container or take on a paper plate and then fight for a table in a very busy food dish.

Great Indian food, but be careful who serves you. I asked for 3 serves of butter chicken, but she clearly gave much more on the first serve, then on subsequent serves. I felt as if, had I asked for 3 different curries I would of...got more, but the stingy server (Indian lady off course) tried to rip me off. I'm a fat person, I notice these details. Its so unfortunate when Indian restaurants do this, they save a few dollars, but lose a lot of respect.

I don't know why they have bad points? they have quite decent Indian food to make reasonable trips! I have always caught up with butter huhn while I worked close. the boss was very generous. the management has probably changed now, but the taste did not change. I have to say that her lion has a little hard this flow around. xihuahua stole butter chicken sauce!

This restaurant is a popular Indian eatery located in Macquarie Centre. The food is delicious, but the portion sizes are smaller than at Chinese restaurants. I particularly enjoyed the chicken masala dish. Book a table now

It is a Indian fast food joint in Macquarie Centre. The food is tasty but portions are moderate compared to chinese fast food joints. I loved their chicken tikka masala.
