The experience I had at this restaurant was extremely unprofessional and rude. I waited an hour and a half for my order, which they initially said would take only 20 minutes. When my order finally arrived, it was incorrect, and they somehow blamed me for it. They remade it, made me wait even longer, only for it to be wrong again. The presentation of the food looked like it had just been tossed into a container without any care. I will definitely not be returning. I also requested contact information to speak with the owner, but the staff member I spoke to reacted with attitude, claiming the owner was never there, and then walked away. This is the 2nd time I have placed an order over the phone and 1:30hrs later my food still isn?t ready!? Then after paying for 4 tostada yea I know right waiting 1:30hrs for 4 tostada is ridiculous) THEY FORGOT 1. I?m sorry but either you guys do notcheck the orders or don?t know how to count. Their customer service is TERRIBLE!!! They don?t care how long you wait or if theymess up on your order. I?ve learned my lesson to never go here again! Honestly, if you guys don?t know how to take phone orderor take them and forget to put them in JUST STOP TALKING PHONE ORDERS!! It will save your business ALOT of frustrated and angrycustomers.
I have been here three times and on their good days they are great but today they failed entirely and I won?t be going back. They gave my food to somebody else and then when I told them that they did that they offered me his instead. His wassignificantly less than mine so of course I told them I would like my order. Well apparently the cook didn?t like this becausewhen I finally got my food after 20 or so minutes and took it to go ALL of my food was dried as though they specifically put dayold meat in my food. Very upset at losing a good taco place near my house.

Waiting that long for just four tostadas is ridiculous! It feels like they either don’t double-check orders or can’t count. The customer service is awful—they don’t seem to care about your wait time or their mistakes. I've learned my lesson and won’t be coming back. Very unprofessional and rude. I waited literally 1 hr 30 minutes for my order which they told me would take 20 minutes they made my order wrong and blamed me. Remade it made me wait longer made it wrong again. The food looked like they just threw everythingin a container. Never again and I asked for the information to speak to the owner she caught an attitude and said they?re neverthere and proceeded to walk away. Many other people were complaining.
This place is horrible waited 40 minutes for a torta Mexicana, and when they gave it to me it looked horrible , didnt bring anything it was supposed to bring they only added ham with 1 small piece of avocado disappointing. Workers are rude wouldn?t recommend !

Found a hair in my food and when I called asking to speak to a manger I was just left on hold. No effort was give to correct the issue,I?m very dissatisfied with service and professionalism of the management there.
