If you do the same and bring them home to steam, I would recommend you thaw what you will eat and steam with a steamer. When steaming, wrap the cap with a large fabric, tying the ends at the top of the cap. This way the steam distributes evenly with no water burns on the buns! They also have really delicious and fresh sesame pancakes but they're HUGE so it always takes us a while to get through it.
