I had the worst service I've ever experienced at this restaurant. The bartender had an incredibly angry expression, which really set a negative tone for my visit. He didn’t make any effort to engage with me or even look at my face while preparing my drinks, which was off-putting. To make matters worse, I requested honey instead of the sugar sweetener, and he quietly charged me an additional 50 cents without informing me. I only found out about the charge after I paid and received the receipt via email. Be cautious and check for any hidden fees before settling your bill.
Still my go-to for my green milk tea when I visit Rowland heights. Been getting the gallons pretty consistently since I don 't live around here. However this time, I was a little shocked to see my usual catered gallon up by $8, but I get it with inflation. What bothered me more was the fact that the boba amount has now reduced to a small cup worth. Before, 10 servings was a large cup and even then, was not enough to fill 10 cups. The quality of the cups did get better. Much sturdier cups than the previous ones.
Used to be good, however ever since pandemic the food quality and service went downhill. It is now self-serve and they place foods in disposable containers. It became more like a fast food place. The beef wraps used to be full, nicely favored and wrapped. Now they weren't even wrapped properly and fell apart. The display was not good, either. The ginger scallion chicken had no favor, and the portion was really small. Used to be my favorite place to go but not coming back anymore. :
We arrived and waited for the restaurant to open at 11:30. When a girl finally opened the door, we went in to place our order. She informed us that the boba wouldn’t be ready for another 30 minutes. What?! How can you not be ready when you open? Why not just open at noon then? There’s really no excuse for this. Sorry, but we won’t be coming back.

Only been here for tea. I come here out of convenience as it's next door to Kee Wah Bakery. I've liked the Jasmine Green tea with and without milk and the peach milk tea both without sugar. I appreciate their milk is non dairy.
We ordered an oolong milk tea with 50% sweetness and boba. The milk tea was alright, but the boba pearls were tough and clearly not fresh. However, the drink did soothe our upset stomachs after having spicy food.
I come here every week to get my go to drink, a simple green tea milk tea. I never had a order wrong or not up to my liking. I really love to spend time here with friends on a hot day, thank you!
Always the best experience at this location. The service is great and the employees are nice and very helpful. 2-3 large tables to sit at and bench area. Wi-Fi is also available.

I had the wings and a brown sugar boba... both were pretty good... but the wings were extra nice
