Went to Texas Roadhouse Tuesday January 14, 2025. Went to the Kirkwood location and ordered carryout. While I’m waiting my mashed potatoes this large piece of plastic is in my food. I immediately called the restaurant spoke with the manager on duty they offered a gift card to make it right. Said it would take 12 hours to send to my email. Well needless to say that hasn’t happened. This is disgusting and the fact that manager didn’t follow through makes it even worse. My next call is corporate.
If you want a steak cooked the way you order it. DONT COME HERE. They messed my steak up not once but twice. No compensation was offered for me sitting watching my family eat while I ate nothing. Edit- after stopping another manager to ask them if there was a big boss around she asked me if she could help with anything and I explained the situation. She went above and beyond to rectify the situation. THANK YOU NICOLE. You are amazing at your job and it’s appreciated.
The food here was good as usual. However, service was very slow, the music was cranked up super loud for a portion of our time there, and there was quite a bit of smoke coming from the kitchen. Come to find out a couple of hours after we left they had to close due to a kitchen fire. That might explain why the rolls were burnt. Service: Dine in Meal type: Dinner
Wow. I went last Saturday for me and my aunt’s birthday. It was my first time and the food was perfect! I was full but I didn’t want to stop eating. Did someone cook my food with love? Went on New Year’s Day, it was a little slow but our waiter, Zach, was very attentive to us! The manager even made it a point to stop by each table once. Zach was also very friendly and personable as well. It was a great experience and will definitely be back! Service: Dine in Meal type: Lunch
