The food is good, but the woman who answers the phone always has a bad attitude. It's the same person every time I call in an order, and as a regular customer, I've noticed she's never polite. You can tell she doesn't enjoy her job. If the food weren't so good, I wouldn't keep coming back just because of her attitude—it's not good for business. They should let someone with better customer service handle the phone orders and move her to the kitchen, as she never seems happy. Other than that, the food is generally good, although sometimes the waffles are overcooked and the wings are undercooked.
The atmosphere of the restaurant is fantastic. This was my second visit, but unfortunately, the food didn't meet my expectations. It was clear that the dishes were pre-cooked and heated in the microwave. The toast was hard and lacked butter. To make matters worse, the waitress was quite rude, which prompted me to share my experience. I genuinely want to support Black-owned businesses, but rudeness from staff is a major turnoff for me, regardless of ownership. I won't be returning. While I can overlook microwaved toast and sausages, poor customer service is a deal-breaker.
I don’t mind waiting for me food but it was unbelievable how long they took also spin looking at my receipt I see that they charge tax for takeout there is no tax on food unless you buy a beverage I brought to the cashiers attention and she said it’s not her problem very nasty attitude once I got home I found out my order was wrong I would not recommend this place at all each your bill with these cashiers again no tax or n carry out unless you get a beverage they take advantage of there customers with this dishonest policy

This place is an awesome breakfast place. Very clean an courteous service and integrity as well as awesome food. I had a incident where I left with the wrong meal mistakenly. I called the owner and he told me he would take care of it. I reallydidn?t care if he did because I had been in there several time and I know this was a mistake. So it took me two months before Iwas able to return and to my surprise the owner remembered the mix and took care of it like he said he would. This is a awesomerestaurant. Buff.
Amazing! The wait was very short, good music, and oh my gosh, the food was fantastic. My family got, a shrimp and grits bowl, didn 't leave anything on the plate after, a traditional place, still left nothing on the plate, and chocolate chip pancakes. House fries had amazing flavor and texture. Crispy on the outside, and tender on the inside. The coffee was great, and the service. We had Tiffany, and she was super nice and gave great recommendations. Totally recommend going a second time.
Once we mentioned our dissatisfaction with the food to the waitstaff, we were met with skepticism and told we had to order something else, as they do not allow refunds on checks. The waitress seemed irritated because we returned about three-quarters of our meal. After that, the service noticeably declined. We weren’t asked if we needed anything else, there were no water refills, and we felt completely forgotten. All in all, we won’t be returning!
