I visited the restaurant with my mum on a week day. The food was very nice and the club relatively quiet. Due to this I decided to return with my husband. It was a Sunday and the restaurant was packed. They fairly advised us that there would be a waiting period of about an hour before the food is served. We agreed and the food arrived within a reasonable time frame. I had chosen the osso bucco. However I was disappointed (especially after the first experience) to have been served lukewarm and almost cold food. The menu stated that it is a dish which is cooked for 14 hours etc. Whilst I appreciate that some restaurants might choose to freeze the dish - I would at least expect a piping hot mea...
We just got back from lunch at the backyard... I have been wanting to visit for quite some time after seeing reviews on little munch...Unfortunately we had a dissapointing experience. The whole place seems very run down the wicker chairs falling apart.. dirty walls. The open space for the kids is great ... however they have filled it with secondhand & broken toys ... flat basket balls, broken table tennis etc To make it worse the menu was extremely limited and the food very bland and quite overpriced considering it is a club. We ordered 2 waters and a kids size plastic cup of pink lemonade $3.50 ... It wouldn't take a lot for this venue to improve .. a new menu/chef and invest some money in...
So firstly I went there to meet a big group of friends who all had kids under 7 and that's not me to begin with Next I had no identification as took a small clutch with cash lipstick and the essential. It's a bowling club and you need ID Initial thoughts were wow it's just your typical bowling club then as we walked thru to the back of the club we were greated with a massive outdoor area including play equipment mini soccer/netball field and was so well set up for kids under 6You have two options for eating - the cafe inside or the Italian boys outside with wood fired pizza We all choose from both Summary of the food go grab a great pizza and a beer and it's the perfect place The restaurant...
Do not come here unless you can tolerate screaming children running around.Must be a great place for young families although the volume of unsupervised children is astonishing. Mothers changing nappies on the bistro floor in and amongst standing adults who are drinking.The Pizzas were actually quite pleasant and the staff very accommodating.Just not the place for a nice quiet drink with mates.

I went in a Tuesday morning when they had their family/ baby brunch. It was absolutely amazing to see how many parents had brought there kids out to play which the equipment provided in the large outside space. If you were a parent you also got a free coffee and cake which was delicious however yhe coffee did take a long time. The meals were very nice and reasonably priced.
I only found out about this place when my daughter turned one and we had her first birthday function here. Service was great, food was delicious, however since then the menu has changed. I did prefer the old menu but a variety of food is being offered. It's a great place for kids to run around in after having lunch or dinner. A must visit!
Love the food here and the prices are not bad either. Great place for families as there is loads of space for kids to run around. You can sit in the bar if you don't like being around kids too. A regular spot for the Canada bay locals.
Visited today with a group of 5 kids and 4 adults - food was lovely - the crispy salmon is amazing and worthy of any top restaurant in the city to be honest - kids fish and chips and burgers were demolished - laid back...More

Everything went wrong when I went with my family in terms of the food and service. Very dis-organised, meals not available. Was asked to pay for coffees that were offered "on the house" due to aknowledged poor service.
