£25 For 1 fry up breakfast, 1 poached egg on toast and 2 pots of tea is rather excessive, the fry up breakfast consisted of 1 sausage, 1 bacon rasher, 1 egg, 1 black pudding, mushrooms, a small pot of beans, 1 slice of toast. Not enough milk given for 2 pots of tea had to ask for more. The staff were welcoming enough although did get asked a few times if everything was OK. Won't be going back at those prices.
We had a lovely brunch here sitting outside in the sunshine. The vegan option was well considered and tasty and there were several options which is a nice thing to have. I enjoyed the vegan breakfast and a vegan hot chocolate with vegan whipped cream. Was a treat! They were also able to accomodate extra hash browns for my wee boy which was great. Will definitely go back if visiting the area again.
I originally come from Tyneside but was here with my family for a few days for a sad occasion. Apart from the fact it’s the best breakfast around with a varied menu. Scot and his team are just so open, friendly helpful you could not ask for more. Will be here on every future occasion to the North East You need to try it !!
Delicious menu with plenty of options depending on your mood. We tried the granola and the avocado toast. Excellent portion sizes and the staff were very sociable and recommended places for us to visit whilst we were travelling. Extremely dog friendly also! Will be back to try the special Nduja scrambled eggs. Book a table now
We used to really like it here as they have a couple of good vegan options but them seem to always be out of stuff now and seems as though they're reducing what you get but the price is the same. Used to get avocado on toast and you'd get two slices, now you get one for the same price.
So welcoming right from the start! Amazing food options, even for vegans . I highly highly recommend coming here, I’ll definitely be back soon. The iced teas are to die for as well!!!!
Friendly welcoming service, food was delicious and very chilled relaxed vibe, so much choice for the fur babies and us humans we will definitely be back!
