We reserved a room for 22 people for my wife's birthday. Most of my family has celiac and is gluten free. To be clear, this is not a lifestyle choice but medical condition much like a very serious allergy. The wait staff was resistant to figuring out whether dishes were gluten free or if accommodations could be made. Having told them that I had celiac, they brought me a Caesar salad that still had croutons (to which would make me super sick). When my $50 steak came it was over cooked and had an unidentifiable sauce.
