This store is just bizarre. I actually thought it was closed because looking in from the outside, I did not see one person, including any employees. But when I pulled on the door handle, it surprisingly opened. There is no furniture inside and no pictures of the actual cookies. An Employee came out from the back and explained the ordering process. Everything is done on a tablet. We waited about 10 minutes for our cookies and had to endure awful rap music with very explicit lyrics with my two kids as we waited. Cookies were pretty good. Some were too sweet. They were out of the one I really wanted. Once you get your cookies, there is nowhere to eat them. Bang cookies is much better!
If I could give a zero I would, came at 11pm to the store just for the doors to be closed. Kid in the front ignored us for the first 15 minutes, then when he realized we weren’t leaving he, he told us ”we are close, because we have to deep clean for the ceo tomorrow”. First of all what ceo is coming to check if the store is cleaned or not. The ceo is on a beach tanning not checking stores. Second who needs 1 hour to deep clean a store, you are baking cookies not doing construction. Terrible workers, terrible store, waist of my time and gas. I don’t recommend coming here, next time they might close for the day to deep clean, garage.

I took my family to this restaurant after a show at MPAC. We had five kids with us, but my wife had to take them outside because the music was filled with profanity and explicit lyrics, which was really shocking. The staff seemed indifferent and mostly stayed in the back, giving the place a vacant feel. The cookies were just okay, not impressive. I would suggest finding a different place to spend your money.
Some of these reviews make no sense! Every time I visit Cookie Connect, I am treated with the utmost respect and served with care, whether I'm with kids or adults. I always receive excellent service here. Yes, sometimes the wait can be a bit long, but it's understandable when there's a crowd and only 1 or 2 employees on duty. It's far better than Crumbl Cookie!
They are not understanding at all. Customer service was very poor and they never get me the correct order unless I go and make sure myself. Customer service was very dead inside and
The dessert was absolutely perfect! I especially loved the apple pie cookie and the cinnamon cookie—they were my favorites!
